Challenge
This project presented B&V with a variety of unique challenges, including building a log house in a cost-effective manner.
Solution
Significant upfront planning went into this plan. To ensure the correct radius for the intersecting structural ribs to avoid costly changes at the build stage, the Long House began as a 3D computer model and was pre-built in the millworker's shop before being hand assembled by craftsmen on site.
