Challenge
This space had to be completed on a tight deadline, and before the base building work was done. Our job was to finish a detailed interior while heavy construction was going on around us. One challenge was in anticipating where the building’s infrastructure and services would be located.
Solution
We relied on our years of experience to expertly tie into the future joints for mechanical and electrical feed connections. For example, we successfully ran ducts to imaginary connection points in mid-air, where we knew the base building ductwork would terminate. We successfully completed the project on deadline and budget.
