Challenge
Built in the early days of the eco-friendly movement, this green, urban infill prototype was designed by its architect owners, Levitt Goodman. Among the priorities were radiant heating, passive ventilation and a green roof ā all relatively new ideas at the time.
Solution
Tapping their extensive list of tradespeople, B&V was able to co-ordinate the right team to produce the desired results. Flexibility and an openness to brainstorm on B&Vās part, allowed the architects to approach this as a work-in-progress and remain fluid in their design decision-making.
