Project Coordinator

We are actively searching for a Project Coordinator to complement our skills and to take on challenging and exciting projects. Exceptional communication skills with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and colleagues are key. The successful candidate will be very detail oriented, meticulous, and self-driven. This is a full-time position.

About the Role:

• Assist Project Manager and Site Manager in all aspects of Construction Management and General Contracting for commercial and institutional  interiors and new construction projects
• Prepare and assist with project proposals and project estimates
• Prepare and assist with bid documents and contract administration
• Assist with procurement and schedule management
• Assist with costing, risk management and quality control
• Review and understand architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
• Figure out details and best construction methods to achieve the designer’s goals
• Review and process shop drawings & submittals
• Complete and assemble closeout manuals

For Us, You Must Have:

• Post-Secondary education or equivalent professional experience
• Superior customer service & understanding of the Art of Hospitality
• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience is required
• Architectural education is an asset
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Energetic, positive, and can-do attitude required
• Computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for site visits (when needed)

Nice to Have:

• Exceptional knowledge of Excel, Bluebeam and drafting software
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Project);
