Marketing Coordinator
We are actively searching for a Marketing Coordinator to complement our skills and take on challenging and exciting projects. The Marketing Coordinator must effectively collaborate with clients, design consultants and B&V staff. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of marketing concepts and strategies, demonstrates initiative, a high quality of work, and is client-focused.
Job Description
- Champion the B&V Brand
- Produce timely, high-quality and competitive proposals, presentations, graphics and brochures
- Assist with all phases of RFP response by reviewing requirements, managing and incorporating materials received from internal and external team members into one comprehensive proposal, develop custom graphics, edit content and assist in project interview preparation
- Update and maintain marketing databases, create and edit resumes, project descriptions and templates
- Maintenance and regular updating of the website and social media accounts, maintain digital content calendar and report on analytics
- Align to brand identity standards in both writing and graphics
- Coordinate with consultants and clients to obtain project images and rights to use; renderings, drawings, and photography and manage the cataloging of all assets
- Assist the Marketing Manager with market research tasks and project tracking
- Coordinate the development of high-quality business collateral, SWAG, job site signage and company vehicle signage
- Assist in the development of the company intranet
- Implement marketing strategies for existing clients to show appreciation and reinforce relationships
- Coordinate external and internal events, employee parties, community events and charity events
- Other duties as assigned by Marketing Manager
Expectations and Experience
- Superior customer service & inherent understanding of the Art of Hospitality
- 1+ years of A/E/C marketing experience / understanding of architecture, engineering and construction industry
- Completion of a post-secondary graphic design, communications or marketing program preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, writing, editing, and computer skills
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop) and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
- Expertise in social media marketing (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
- Self-directed, able to multi-task, prioritize and work with minimum supervision in a deadline-sensitive environment
- Aptitude for creating, choosing and organizing images and typography to support the B&V brand
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle preferred
